Returns & Shipping Policy

Thank you for supporting artisanal craftsmanship. We take great pride in our work and want to ensure you are completely satisfied with your purchase. Please review our policies regarding home decor, pet keepsakes, and furniture below.

1. Return Window & Eligibility

Our standard return policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we unfortunately cannot offer a refund or exchange.

  • Eligible Items: Home decor and pet keepsakes are eligible for return.
  • Condition: To be eligible, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.
  • Proof of Purchase: A receipt or proof of purchase is required to complete any return.
  • Non-Returnable Items: Gift cards, downloadable products, and items on sale are considered final sale and cannot be refunded.

2. Furniture Logistics (Pick-Up & Delivery)

Due to the size and unique nature of our refurbished furniture, the following terms apply:

  • Local Pick-Up: All furniture pieces are available for local pick-up only.
  • Delivery: Local delivery may be available for an additional fee. Please contact us prior to purchase to discuss delivery quotes and scheduling.
  • Final Sale: Because furniture is inspected in person at the time of pick-up or delivery, all furniture sales are final.

3. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email notification. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Processing: If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a standard billing cycle.
  • Partial Refunds: In certain situations, only partial refunds may be granted (e.g., items not in original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error).

4. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please contact us at the email address below.

5. Shipping Your Return

To return your product, please contact us for the appropriate shipping address.

  • Costs: You are responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • Protection: If you are shipping an item over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.
